Cooling mood

Check main power supply voltage in range 380 V 430V before start up the system.

Check water level in cooling towers.

Check chilled water pressure of chilled water system.

Start chilled water primary pump 3 nos.01 stand by.

Start chilled water secondary pumps 3nos.01 stand by

Start condenser water pumps  6 Nos. 01 stand by 

All cooling tower fan switch turn auto 

Start the chiller as per required 

Maintain chemical does for the water treatment daily, weekly and monthly basis 

AHUs and FCUs switch turn ON

Heating mood

AHUs and FCUs switch turn winter 

Check power supply of all heaters turn ON

Air filters of all AHUS clean properly

Check all heater DB work properly
