Controller shall have built in RTC and integral LCD display with keypad ( user programmable)
to monitor and change parameters. Keypad shall have 3 level of password protection.

There are three chillers. one is standby. There are four primary and secondary pumps.one is stand by. There are seven condenser water pump ; one shall be stand by.

Pressure transmitter in secondary loop will be maintain pressure by sensing the differential pressure at the chilled water supply return line secondary loop by operating the  variable frequency drives of secondary water pump through microprocessor based controller .

The primary chilled condenser water pumps shall be started / stopped through operator command & time schedue from operator workstation. First condenser pumps and primary chilled water pumps shall energize. When flow is establish through chiller confirmed by respective water flow switches then the chillers are energized. The chillers shall seuences to maintain the desired supply temperature.

The standby primary & secondary chilled, condenser water pumps and chiller shall energize manually when any of the main pump or chiller fails.

Condenser water temperature to the chiller shall be maintained constant, initially by cycling the cooling tower fans.

Following the engineering data shall be displayed on controller & operator workstation.
