Air handling units - Hvac yellow pages

Controller shall have built in RTC and integral LCD display with keypad user programmable to monitor and change parameters. Keypad shall have 3 level of password protection.

The air handling unit fan shall be started and stopped by user defined schedule on controller & operator workstation.

Differential pressure switch across supply fan shall monitor airflow status, in case of  airflow failure the fan is switched off and fan failure alarm shall be initiated at operator workstation.

A differential pressure switch across filter shall provide dirty alarm at operation workstation.

Space temperature will be maintain constant at user defined set point, by sensing supply air temperature and modulating 2- way valve, on cooling coil or operating electric duct heater through microprocessor based controller.



Supply air temperature also act as fire stat.

Following data shall be displayed on controller & operator workstation (OWS)

supply air temperature.
mixed air temperature.
supply water temperature.
fan status indication / failure alarm.
dirty filter alarm.
fire alarm.
heater status.
temperature set point and user adjustment.
cooling valve status.
VDF status.

FAN COIL UNITS 

Controller shall have built in RTC.
Fan speed shall be selected through space thermostat.
Space air temperature and modulating 2 - way valve, on cooling coil through microprocessor based controller.

Following data shall be displayed at operator workstation.

Space temperature.
Supply air temperature.
Supply water temperature.
Temperature set points and user adjustment.
Cooling valve status.
